1. Made-to-Order Products
All Areum Gift products are handmade or personalised to order. As such, orders require a minimum lead time of 45 days before your event date. We are unable to guarantee delivery for events falling within this window unless expressly confirmed by our team.
2. Customisation & Design Approval
For customised items (names, dates, sleeve designs, uploaded artwork), the customer is responsible for the accuracy of all text and files submitted. Areum Gift will send a design proof for approval before production begins where applicable; production only starts after written or WhatsApp confirmation from the customer.
3. Minimum Order Quantities
Each product has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ), shown on the product page. Where multiple designs are selected for a single product, the per-design minimum (e.g. 100pcs) still applies, up to the maximum number of designs allowed per order (e.g. 5 designs).
4. Payment Terms
Payment is by Online Banking (FPX) only. Depending on the product, orders must either be paid in full, or may be paid in full or with a 60% deposit. The deposit is 60% of the final grand total including postage/shipping. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the postage/delivery date. Production is confirmed once the full payment or deposit has been received.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Customers may choose Courier / Postage, Self Pickup or Lalamove at checkout. Postage within Semenanjung Malaysia is charged according to the total order quantity. Shipping to Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and international destinations, and Lalamove deliveries, are quoted separately by our team; payment is only requested after the shipping quote has been added to the order total.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be amended or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of payment. Once production has commenced, orders are final and non-refundable, as items are custom-made specifically for each customer.
7. Product Variation
As many of our items are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur between the product photos and the final item. This is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and is not considered a defect.
